Shipping Policy

We'd rather tell you exactly how long your order takes than promise something we can't keep. Here's the honest version.

How long it takes

Processing: 1 to 3 business days from the moment you order.
Transit: 10 to 20 business days.
Total: typically 2 to 4 weeks from order to doorstep.

Resina is made and dispatched by our fulfilment partner overseas. That's why delivery takes longer than a domestic order, and we'd rather you knew that before you buy than wonder where your parcel is in week three.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and territories can take longer than the windows above.

We do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $7.99 to the United States and Canada.

Shipping is free on orders of $65 or more. The 3 pouch and 6 pouch bundles both clear that threshold, so they always ship free. A single pouch does not, so a single pouch pays the $7.99.

The exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay. If what you see there ever disagrees with this page, the checkout is right and this page is wrong, so please email us and we will fix it.

Duties and customs

Any import duties, customs charges or taxes are covered by us. You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.

If a carrier ever contacts you asking for a payment to release a Resina order, don't pay it. Email us instead.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched.

Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to start updating after you receive the link, and may appear to stall while the parcel is in transit between countries. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

If your order is delayed

Customs inspections, carrier backlogs and peak periods can all add time. If your order passes 30 business days with no movement, email support@tryresina.com with your order number and we will either chase it or replace it.

Wrong or damaged deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, or the wrong item arrives, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it at no cost to you.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will resend it once you confirm the correct address. A second reshipment may carry the shipping cost.
